Dance 'Til You Drop 2025 Video

“Can’t we just, for one night, just all be family?” 💃🕺 As the year 2025 comes to an end, it’s time to reflect on and look back at all that we’ve seen on the big screen. Our favorite movie diary website Letterboxd has debuted their own 2025 year in movies recap video – titled “Dance ‘Til You Drop” featuring footage from all of 2025’s best movies. This is created as a promo for their “wrapped stats” feature on the site, but it’s also a cleverly edited recap of the past year in cinema. The theme is dancing – featuring shots of people dancing or feet march or anything else like that. There’s plenty of movies this year that are literally about dancing (The Testament of Ann Lee, The Life of Chuck, Sinners, KPop Demon Hunters, Kiss of the Spider Woman, Final Destination Bloodlines, Sirat). But they also found tiny moments of dancing hidden in all kinds of other movies like Happy Gilmore 2, Caught Stealing, It Ends, Die My Love, Megan 2.0, Good Fortune, Bob Trevino Likes It, and plenty others. A very entertaining video recap to wrap up this past year in film. Enjoy.

This video created and posted by Letterboxd via their YouTube and on Twitter/FB. “A celebration of 2025 in film. 🎉 Presented with ⁨Neon.” The Letterboxd 2026 Year in Review publishes on January 12th. Individual wrapped stats will be available on January 2nd right here. This “Dance ‘Til You Drop” video was edited by Alexander Jones. Produced by Jack Moulton and Aaron Yap. With music by D Fine Us. Also feautring a bit of the iconic “Boots” voiceover from the brilliant 28 Years Later trailer (which originally debuted last year). And including tons of fun footage from various movies released throughout 2025 – including: The Long Walk, 28 Years Later, Jay Kelly, Sentimental Value, Superman, Weapons, The Testament of Ann Lee, The Life of Chuck, Sirat, Marty Supreme, Mickey 17, Predator: Badlands, Weapons, Wake Up Dead Man, The Phoenician Scheme, No Other Choice, Avatar: Fire and Ash, Lilo & Stitch, Splitsville, Warfare, Hedda, Ballad of a Small Player, and many more. What a year it has been! Which of these scenes do you love most?
