With the Milano Cortina Winter Olympics in the rearview mirror, NBCUniversal is shifting focus to the LA28 Summer Games with some help from actor-musician Kate Hudson and Team USA.
“LA28 Dreamin,’” NBC’s first promo for the Los Angeles event, debuted during its live coverage of the Winter Olympics closing ceremony on Feb. 23.
It shows Hudson performing a rendition of “California Dreamin’” by The Mamas & the Papas. While she sings, the camera pans to sun-soaked spots in LA, such as Venice Beach and the Sixth Street Bridge.
