Hannah Lew is known for playing in San Francisco post-punk bands Grass Widow and Cold Beat, and now she’s going solo. Her self-titled debut LP arrives in April, and we get a taste today with the sonically groovy, lyrically gloomy lead single “Another Twilight.”
“‘Another Twilight’ is a goodbye song,” the musician says. “It’s about coming to terms with change and being OK with it. Kind of the turning point where lamenting over a break up turns into ownership of a current state, not dwelling on the past. It’s about moving on!”
