“It’s an STD… that people will actually want!” Uh oh. FX on Hulu has launched the full official trailer for a wicked & wild new series titled The Beauty, the latest Ryan Murphy TV series creation. Why don’t they just admit this is a TV series remake of The Substance? So much of it is almost a direct lift – although this time it’s set in Europe. Agents head to Paris to investigate “the Beauty” STD causing aesthetic enhancements but proving lethal – evading corrupt officials and even a mercenary targeting them amidst a suspected government conspiracy. Their path leads them right to “The Corporation” run by Ashton Kutcher, a tech billionaire who has secretly engineered this “miracle drug”, and who will do anything to protect his trillion-dollar empire — including unleashing his lethal enforcer, “The Assassin”. The flashy new series is set across Paris, Venice, Rome, and New York. Starring Evan Peters, Anthony Ramos, Jeremy Pope, Ashton Kutcher, Rebecca Hall, & many more. With guest stars Bella Hadid, Isabella Rossellini, Ben Platt, Jessica Alexander, and Vincent D’Onofrio. The Beauty is a “global thriller” that asks: what would you sacrifice for perfection? Everything, as we already know. But will this show change anyone’s mind? Doubt it.

In FX’s The Beauty, the world of high fashion turns dark when international supermodels begin dying in gruesome & mysterious ways. FBI Agents Cooper Madsen (Evan Peters) & Jordan Bennett (Rebecca Hall) head to Paris to uncover the truth. As they delve deeper into the case, they uncover a sexually transmitted virus that transforms ordinary people into visions of physical perfection, with terrifying consequences. Their path leads them directly into the crosshairs of “The Corporation” (Ashton Kutcher), a shadowy tech billionaire who has secretly engineered the miracle drug and will do anything to protect his trillion-dollar empire—including unleashing his lethal enforcer, The Assassin (Anthony Ramos).
