2026 is finally almost here and PS Plus is not changing too much, despite promising to take away PS4 game. Although, that is not the case as revealed by the actual lineup of titles.
Yes, PS4 games were meant to be completely going away, so you would only get PS5 games or PS5 versions of games unless the PS4 copy is included. But, Sony seems to have changed there mind again, after originally saying they would change PS Plus to two games earlier in the decade and keeping three. Here is what to expect from the PS Plus January 2026 games and when they will be announced:

The PS Plus January 2026 games are:
- Need For Speed: Unbound – PS5 (Essential)
- Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed – PS5, PS4 (Essential)
- Core Keeper – PS5, PS4 (Essential)
The PS Plus January 2026 games for the Essential tier were announced on December 31, 2025 and made available from January 6, 2026. The Extra and Premium games will be announced on January 14, 2026 and available from January 20, 2026.
The games leaving the service in January 2026 are:
- LEGO Horizon Adventures – PS5 (Essential – available until January 5, 2025)
- Killing Floor 3 – PS5 (Essential – available until January 5, 2025)
- The Outlast Trials – PS5, PS4 (Essential – available until January 5, 2025)
- Synduality: Echo of Ada – PS5 (Essential – available until January 5, 2025)
- Neon White – PS5 (Essential – available until January 5, 2025)
- Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name – PS5, PS4 (Extra, Premium – available until January 20, 2025)
- SD Gundam Battle Alliance – PS5, PS4 (Extra, Premium – available until January 20, 2025)
- Sayonara Wild Hearts – PS4 (Extra, Premium – available until January 20, 2025)
- Monopoly Plus – PS4 (Extra, Premium – available until January 20, 2025)
